The client
SIKKA BBQ is a grill restaurant in Abomey-Calavi, sitting right beside the Agri SIKKA farm. Part of what reaches the kitchen is raised a few metres from the tables: pork, chicken, rabbit and grasscutter.
That proximity is the restaurant's central claim, and it is what the site puts on stage. The farm-to-fire journey walks through the six steps from field to plate, and the dedicated farm page shows what most restaurants can only assert.
